Astrild is a 6- meter (20 ft) towable tiny house designed by France based company Baluchon. The unique feature of this tiny house is its external shelving that allows you to grow plants and herbs on your tiny dwelling. However, this house features two loft areas. So it can easily accommodate a small family of three or four.
A Tiny Home With Room For a Family Of Three
The exterior of Astrild clad in red cedar, anti-UV saturation, and heat-treated poplar. At the entrance of the house, there is a living room with a sofa, overhead bookshelves, and a dining table. Near the table, there is a wall-mounted wood-burning stove to keep your house warm in winter.
The kitchen features a small fridge, washer/dryer combo, cabinetry with pull-out shelves, lightweight countertops and a sink. Further, it doesnโt have a built-in oven. After the kitchen, there is a bathroom with an 80x80cm shower, a composting toilet, and a stainless bucket.
Moreover, Astrild tiny house features two loft bedrooms for both parents and kids. The parentโs room is accessed by the storage integrated staircase and has a double bed. Likewise, the kidโs room is reached by a removable ladder and has a single bed.
However, the main bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, while another bedroom has lots of storage space. The Astrild tiny house based on a double-axle trailer and gets power from a standard RV-style hookup.
