This extremely modern and luxurious park model tiny home is called the’Zion’. It’s built by the Georgia based company ‘Mustard Seed Tiny Homes’ which is partnered with ‘Stone Canyon Cabins’. This massive 400-square-foot tiny house comes with a complete kitchen, main-floor master bedroom, highly functional bathroom, comfortable living space, and loft space which can be access via a staircase.

This park model design tiny house built for both semi-permanent and placement conditions. It’s perfect for couples, singles or even a small family. With the deck, this Zion park model tiny house measures 44′ in length and 12.5′ in width. So it’s 4′ wider than any other typical tiny house in this category.

This house has two entry ways. In the front, there is a big glass french door entry and a glass back door at the rear entry. The front door leads to the spacious living room. Interior of this hose features white color walls and ceiling. And dark flooring, light gray cabinets to create a eye-catching contrast.

The living room features a real couch and windows. There is a breakfast bar in between the living room and kitchen. Kitchen of this house filed with plenty of work-space. And also features 25″ farmhouse sink, quartz counter tops, vented microwave, 18.1 cubic foot refrigerator, washer/dryer four burner range and cabinets with glass inserts. Luckily this house features a office/study area with a black walnut desk.

It also has a pocket door for privacy. Rear entrance of this house leads to a main floor master bedroom.
