Building a cheap tiny house is one of the best ways to live tiny. What if you had $20,000 to spend on a tiny prefab house? Meet the Incred-I-Box, an 8×16 tiny house on wheels that weighs under 5000 lbs and is made out of unfinished steel panels. However, the Incredibox house was built by the Newport, Tennessee-based firm called ‘Incredible Tiny Homes.
They have claimed that it will be the world’s first assembly line tiny homes. As a result, there are no options for modifications and customization. So you will get a complete tiny house design that features everything you need to live comfortably. Once you get the house, you can customize it the way you want to live. That’s up to your creativity and needs.
Further, this simple tiny house has a living room, full kitchen, a complete bathroom, and a storage loft. Also, you can convert your living area into a bedroom by simply adding a convertible sofa that turns into a full-size bed.
The kitchen of the house comes with 2 kitchen cabinets, a single bowl stainless steel sink with gooseneck faucet, a 24” 3 drawer base, and a 6’ butcher block countertop. As I said earlier, you can customize the house depending on your needs.
So if you love to cook, then add some appliances like a gas-powered stove, microwave oven, and a small refrigerator. There is a simple bathroom at the end with a standard elongated toilet and a 36-inch shower with a delta faucet. Right above the kitchen, there is a storage loft that measures 34” x 92”.
Furthermore, the Incredibox tiny home has a solar panel option and tankless water heater option if you want to live completely off-the-grid. You can get an assembly line Incred-I-Box house for $20,000.
