Exterior, it has vinyl cladding combined with color steel, double glazed aluminum windows. On the inside, it has lightweight poplar core plywood linings. Next to the bedroom/living area, there is a spacious kitchen with a hob and rangehood, dishwasher, sink, fold-up table, and a fridge.

The main entry, which has a glass door and a cat door, is located in the kitchen. After crossing the kitchen, there is a toilet with basin/vanity and wardrobe. Also, there is a shower with shower doom, and a storage loft right above. Further, this off-grid model has solar panel pieces of equipment. There are no specific pricing details for this custom single level tiny house. But, according to BuildTiny’s website, pricing for the typical turnkey tiny house is between $150,000-$170,000 NZD.
