]]> The Northern California based couple Tony & Char always lived tiny since they have been married. In other words, they love to travel and prefer a simple lifestyle like tiny apartments or studio apartments. But the static increase in rent price makes them take a solid decision either to buy a home or build a tiny house.

However, Tony & Char spends almost 4 years in Nigeria, Africa as volunteers. When its time to go back to their country, they saw a tiny house that inspires them to build one for them. In addition, they have watched every youtube tiny house adventure they could find and note down what worked for them and what doesn’t. As a result, they have complete the tiny house design right before they reach America.

We saw on YouTube different people who built theirs with some clever ideas…we were hooked in on this lifestyle. We are grateful to each and every one of them we learned so much since we watched them all!!

Just because they like the tiny house lifestyle doesn’t mean they are minimalist. Likewise, they called their tiny home a ‘practical luxury tiny home’. With the help of lovable friends, they have complete the build within 2 months and it costs $35,000 USD. Currently, its located near Northern California and Tony & Char have been living in this tiny house for 1 year now.

They believe that living in a tiny house will help them continue the journey as volunteers and travel around the world. Tony said that they are pros to the tiny lifestyle. So nothing is challenging for them when living in a tiny house. Above all, their luxury tiny home filled with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a 6ft closet.

“Not thinking about a closet to put things away. Storage is essential because things can look cluttered right away. Again think about what you use now in your everyday life…build storage around that. We have a vita-mix and a juicer…we designed a huge drawer for that. We have a real vacuum we have a pull-out step for that too. Things like this help keep everything in its spot,” said Tony.
