Macdonald: A 32 ft gooseneck trailer tiny house with an e-bike garage

An active couple wants to make their retirement life adventures by traveling around North America in their own tiny home. That’s how the Macdonald custom build gooseneck trailer tiny house on wheels was born. However, it was the latest release from the Canada-based builder Fritz Tiny Homes.

This complete off-the-grid build has a full solar system and onboard 100-gallon grey and freshwater tanks. As per their client’s request, they have decorated the house with fir timberwork, walnut counters, intricate rooflines, and some custom concrete works.

There are two different entrances in this house. One of them is placed at the backside where the built-in deck and drop-down stairs take place. Once you enter, it welcomes you with its warm yellow interior and a front hall closet with a room for your vacuum, shoes, and other outdoor wear.

Large windows bring more natural light into the living room. Meanwhile, the couple installs custom blinds that turn into a big screen for a projector. Also, there is a soundbar underneath the window. An interesting feature here is the living room sofa. They have used the convertible sofa called ‘Gemini’ which turns into a bunk bed.

Further, the kitchen has a walnut table that fits a slide-in coffee table underneath. So you can pull out the secondary table and use it near the sofa if you want. The kitchen also features multiple storage drawers, a Furion cooktop, a hood vent, a refrigerator, and a custom slide-out pantry.

Moreover, the small 5’ x 8’ bathroom has lots of features in it. That includes a sink vanity, LED backlit mirror, washer/dryer combo, composting toilet, heated towel rack, and a sunken bathtub. By accessing the 5 LED-lit steps you will reach the master bedroom that is placed above the gooseneck.

There is a massive custom wardrobe that has a hidden storage area to store your Christmas decorations or other seasonal clothes. However, the bedroom will turn into the home office once you unfold the full-size desk under the wardrobe.

Furthermore, there is an outside e-bike garage space right below the gooseneck called ‘Gearage’ where you can store your e-bike, kayak, cross-country skiing, and other tools.
