The ‘Magnolia’ is one of the most well-known luxury tiny houses from the ‘Minimaliste’. But the current version V8 features some unique features like motorized blinds, rooftop deck, smart lock, heated floors, bathtub, and more. As a result, rather than calling this a typical tiny house, it would be more accurate to describe it as a cozy or luxurious tiny house.
However, this 38.5’x10.5′ ft model is way wider to on the roads. Because of its massive size, this tiny house considered a “park model” style. The Exterior of this house is all finished in Shou Sugi Ban cedar. Moreover, the living room has a full-glass door as the main entrance. Also, there is a sliding door on the back of the living area.

The current version doesn’t have a cooktop because their client has a plan to use a single burner portable cooktop. Next to the kitchen, there is a mechanical room with contains the power supply, water heater, and filter. To get peace of mind, they have installed the Sedna Smart Wi-Fi Water Damage Protection Kit which automatically detects any leak and shuts the valve. Also, there is a 24-inch stackable washer and dryer. The bathroom is one of the coolest parts here because there is a full bathtub with a shower.

Further, the master bedroom of Magnolia V8 surprises you with tons of storage space. Also, it has a kangaroo bed which is common in all Magnolia luxury tiny house models. The loft area can be reached by the storage integrates staircase in the living room.
The cool feature here is the rooftop deck which the perfect spot to spend the golden hours with your loved one. Like as mentioned earlier, all of the windows and doors of the house have a motorized blind. So you can control the sunlight and manage privacy with the push of a button. According to their website, the base price of the Magnolia model starts at $142,000 CAD ( US$115,765)
