The “Joy” tiny house is perfect for a family of four looking for a getaway or a bach. Designed and built by the talented team at Build Tiny for their client. However, The “Joy” tiny home boasts ample storage space for two people who live there full time. Other than that it was designed for short-term living like vacations or get together.

But what really sets it apart is its open living areas, designed to encourage family interaction and closeness. The warm plywood walls and expansive windows create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. At 7.8 meters in length, 2.7 meters in width, and 4.2 meters in height, the “Joy” tiny house is compact yet spacious.

It features two lofts that can comfortably accommodate up to four people. In the meantime, the master bedroom has a staircase to access while the secondary bedroom has a ladder. The steel frame and vinyl cladding, along with double-glazed aluminum windows, ensure the tiny house is sturdy and well-insulated.

Inside, you’ll find lightweight birch ply linings with a poplar core, creating an airy and spacious feel. The living room has a large sofa and plenty of empty floor space, providing ample room for children to play. The kitchen of this getaway tiny house features a breakfast bar for two, a small folding table, a coffee machine, a sink, a full-sized fridge, and an oven with a two-burner propane-powered stove.

There is also a removable servery outside the kitchen window, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. Moreover, the bathroom has a sink, shower, and toilet, as well as a wooden laundry rack and a secondary exterior door.

Both loft bedrooms have sideways rotating matters and lowered floors to get the maximum headroom, allowing occupants to comfortably walk right up to their beds. Furthermore, I didn’t notice any pricing details for this build on BuildTiny’s website.
